The foundation of our design process is your own unique style and taste. We want to know what your interests are and what inspires you, and then we’ll create an authentic design. With our creative team, we’ll develop a design plan that will guide all visual elements for your event. Your design plan will include a comprehensive décor proposal including a visual statement, color palette, customized design elements along with floor plan(s). We take your unique style and pair you with a creative team that can execute your vision.

Our firm is built on a full-service experience, so we take a limited number of clients each year to focus on the quality of execution.
Our Exclusive
Our management team will oversee vendors and provide site management on the day of your event. We’ll also serve as the creative director for your event, leading your team of décor vendors through the design plan to ensure execution is in line with your vision.
This is where we bring the vision to life. We correspond with your vendor team to craft a detailed production schedule outlining specifics related to back-of-house production, delivery, and set-up completion Our time investment correlates directly with the value of each vendor contract secured during the planning and design process.
At the start of planning, we’ll identify your priorities and complete a strategic budget analysis. From there, we’ll book your VIP vendors, using our preferred vendor list to partner you with the best industry professionals. Our vendor list is a curated selection that parallels our quality of service. This list is continually updated based on both research and experience. To keep things on track, we’ll manage your event through our planning software, Aisle Planner. You will have access to a detailed checklist, event calendar, production timeline, floor plan(s), vendor information and contracts, budget, and other helpful planning resources.
Full Service Design + On-site Production
$4,000 + 5% production fee
(This package includes 1 team member for
load-in and load-out along with acquisition and
coordination of all design vendors*.)

$6,000 + 5% production fee
(This package includes 1-2 team members for
load-in, the duration of your event (if desired), and
load-out along with acquisition and coordination of all vendors.)
The production fee will only be applied to the vendors we manage.
*Design vendors typically include rentals, linens, florals, props, stationery, etc. We are happy to recommend vendors for catering for no additional charge.
Future Events: a discount of $1,000 will be offered on either package listed above to an applicable social event within the same calendar year (i.e. baby or bridal shower, birthday celebration, graduation party, etc.)
